US Army AMEDD Recruiting Collateral
The US Army has a medical recruiting brigade that focuses on medical students and those physicians that are nearing retirement. Two very different audiences with one key similarity — each is looking for the next chapter in their lives. Playing on the concept of "your next adventure" we created campaigns for college campuses and senior specialized physicians (such as cardiothoracic surgeons). Using print and digital ads, combined with delivery of publications and content highlighting the various Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) for medical professionals, we showed what adventures awaited them. After the first 12 months, recruiting was up 130%. The campaign ran for several years and showed returns on average of 150%.
